Dr. Soolmaz A. Fischer, PT, DPT, earned her doctorate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2018, her journey into physical therapy was inspired by caregiving for her mother during multiple knee surgeries, sparking her passion for improving lives through rehabilitation.

As a mother, Soolmaz brings a unique perspective and empathy to her work, particularly in treating Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Her personal experience navigating the physical demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery enhances her ability to connect with patients and develop effective, compassionate care plans for Women’s Health Patients.

Soolmaz combines manual therapy with personalized exercise programs tailored to each patient’s goals, whether returning to sports or daily activities after having a baby. Outside work, Soolmaz enjoys staying active through workouts, hiking, and beach trips with her husband and son. Her passion for health and wellness extends beyond her professional work, as she embraces an active and vibrant lifestyle with her family.

Bailey has gained extensive experience working in therapy clinics in rural west Texas, treating a wide variety of patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, chronic pain, and neurological conditions.

She practices several manual therapy techniques including trigger point dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, and myofascial and joint mobilization.

Bailey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and her Associate Degree in Applied Science / Physical Therapist Assistant from Concorde Career College in her home state of Colorado. Dr. Ruei An “Ray” Lin began his training at National Taiwan University and continued at Loma Linda University in California, where he earned his doctorate. With a commitment to excellence, Dr. Lin expanded his expertise, becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2019. He values each patient’s time, offering care that is not only evidence-based and efficient but also deeply empathetic. Taking a holistic approach, he sees beyond diagnoses, recognizing the individual behind the condition.
